Website & AI Output Disclaimer
Infrarails AI Labs Private Limited Effective date: 2026-08-23
Section 1. General Information Only
Our website, blog, framework, documentation, demonstrations and other public materials are provided for general information and product education. They are not legal, regulatory, audit, financial, medical or other professional advice.
Section 2. AI and Evaluation Outputs
AI systems and automated evaluations are probabilistic and context-dependent. Outputs may be incomplete, inaccurate, stale, inconsistent or unsuitable for a particular decision.
A PASS, WARN, FAIL, risk score, trust score, compliance mapping, control status, recommendation or other Infrarails output — whether shown on our public website or generated through the Services — does not by itself establish legal compliance, regulatory approval, security, absence of harm or fitness for deployment.
Users and customers should apply qualified human review and, where appropriate, obtain legal, security, compliance, technical or domain-expert advice before relying on any such output.
Section 3. Audit Evidence and Regulatory Submission
Where the Services generate audit records, evidence packages, or similar outputs described as cryptographically signed, hash-chained, or tamper-evident, such features are designed to support the integrity and traceability of the underlying evaluation record.
We do not guarantee that any such record will be accepted, recognised, or given particular evidentiary weight by a specific regulator, court, or other authority. Acceptance and evidentiary treatment of any record are determined solely by the receiving authority, applicable procedural rules, and the facts of the relevant matter.
Statements that evidence is "submittable to regulators" describe the intended format and integrity properties of the output, not a guarantee of regulatory acceptance, sufficiency, or outcome.
Section 4. Regulatory Content
Laws, standards and guidance change. Regulatory mappings are intended to assist governance and evidence workflows and should be verified against current authoritative sources and the user's specific facts.
Section 5. Third-Party Models and Services
Infrarails may interoperate with third-party AI models, tools, cloud services and data sources. Their availability, outputs and terms are controlled by those providers and may change.
Section 6. Security Testing
Security, jailbreak, prompt-injection and adversarial evaluations can affect system behaviour. Such testing should be performed only with authorisation and appropriate safeguards, preferably in pre-production or isolated environments where disruption risk exists.
Section 7. No Warranty for Public Materials
To the maximum extent permitted by law, public materials are provided without warranties as to completeness, accuracy or continued availability. Contractual warranties for paid Services are only those set out in the Master Services Agreement.
Section 8. Relationship to Other Documents
This Disclaimer applies alongside our Website Terms of Service for general public materials, and alongside Clause 5 (AI Outputs and Governance) of our Master Services Agreement for outputs generated through the Services. It addresses the nature and reliability of AI outputs; it does not govern user conduct, which is addressed separately in our Acceptable Use Policy. In case of conflict specific to a signed customer relationship, the Master Services Agreement controls.
